TIME FM 107.5 presents its Hammer Time show every Friday evening between 6pm and 7pm ­ an hour long show hosted by former Hammer Geoff Pike and Mike Goodwin which is packed with lively debate, special guests, phone-ins and competitions.

Now, thanks to a new tie-up between TIME FM and EX Magazine, our editor Tony McDonald also features on the show each week with his 'Terrace Talk', expressing the views of supporters on current events at Upton Park.

As well as exclusive interviews with manager Alan Pardew and at least one current first team player, TIME also call up a former Hammer from the past. Already this season, Ray Stewart, Tony Cottee, Keith Robson and David Cross have appeared on the show, while many other ex-favourites are being lined up.
