Connoisseurs of West Ham's finest hour-and-a-half, the 1965 European Cup Winners' Cup final, will be pleased to know that a new recording of the greatest day in Hammers' history is soon to be released on DVD.

ILC, who have also produced the new 'Legends' DVD, have traced the old footage of the Wembley final, which can be difficult to come by in VHS format.

The DVD version will provide a much more comprehensive and, if possible, entertaining account of that famous day beneath the Twin Towers in May '65.

For in association with EX Magazine, ILC are lining up some interviews with some of the surviving Hammers team members who will recall their own memories of the ECWC success.

The interviews will form part of the 'extras' package, along with stills of programmes, ticket stubs and hopefully other items of memorabilia relevant to that momentous occasion.

The newly released 'Legends - Volume One' DVD is well worth adding to your collection. Featuring lots of action clips of five former favourites - Julian Dicks, Ludo Miklosko, John Hartson, Trevor Brooking and Tony Cottee - it provides a feast of happy, nostalgic memories and some brilliant action sequences, as well as old interviews with the players themselves.
